I think the gentleman that helped me this appt. was Ben? I'm not completely sure. He reminded me my shocks and struts were life time...I had forgotten this was really nice!!! Plus I only wanted the absolute necessities repaired. The car is 8 years old and I want to replace it within the next year. Need to keep repair expence to minimum and I felt for the first time Ben really listened and presented recommendations that were safety first, and the rest of the needs could benefit but considering could be deferred.

Gayle and A.J. provided a perfect service encounter. When I called for an appt, Gayle very efficiently let me know times available and arranged for the time that best suited my schedule. When I arrived, A.J. promptly took all of my information and checked the system to see what kind of inspection I needed. When I mentioned that tires didn't need to be rotated because I'm about to replace them, A.J. offered to get a price for the brand of tires I prefer. When service was complete, A.J. called with an inspection report. Excellent service.
