I always enjoy my visits to Parkway Automotive because I know my car will be taken care of and fixed the way it is supposed to be. This visit was not any different. My car runs better today than it did 6 years ago when I bought it. I can always count on Parkway Automotive.

I thank God for Parkway Automotive because it is a place i can take my vehicles and be certain the technicians and management will do the right thing. They recommend preventative services to consider before they are necessary and more costly. I trust the technicians and management are looking out for my interests, unlike most service shops.

It was expensive, but the coolant leak and oil loss have now been fixed. It's too bad that the car was ready in the morning, but I did not know that until I called in late in the afternoon to find out what was going on. I also received an emergency road card that had already expired, and when I mentioned it later was told to come by to get another one.

Earl smooth when breaking so A+ on it. Notice however that a couple of previous repairs are not functioning as well. 1. Window washer reservoir/supporting lines are still leaking. 2. Position switch for cab air flow isn't switching from defrost setting to head/feet setting. Can take as long as 30 minutes before switching of flow location

Had my old van in for 6 month checkup and once again I got good news about it's health and ability to be able to continue to be something to haul stuff in, and drive in ice and snow. Everyone needs a vehicle like that and everyone needs a mechanic that can keep it running. Thanks again for all your good work and service.

Overall we are always satisfied with Parkway and the service we receive from the staff there. However on our latest visit, we discovered that the leftfront tire was practically flat we got home. I would think this should be something that is checked before we pick the car up from service. It wasn't a huge deal, but simplyan inconvience for us to deal with. Please try and work this out.

Spending money on a car is stressful, especially at this time of the year. I went in for a simple oil change, but knew it was about time for some major work on my 2001 CRV Honda. I think the gentleman that helped me this appt. was Ben? I'm not completely sure. He reminded me my shocks and struts were life time...I had forgotten this was really nice!!! Plus I only wanted the absolute necessities repaired. The car is 8 years old and I want to replace it within the next year.
