The Plan transfers to any replacement eligible vehicle. The new vehicle must replace the vehicle that was originally enrolled and it must no longer be owned by the customer or a member of the customer’s family.
As an active participant in the plan, you can receive one free Used Car Inspection per year when the used car will be taking the place of the enrolled vehicle – we’ll also make sure that the used vehicle you are purchasing will meet plan eligibility.
The purpose of the VIP Maintenance Plan is to increase the life of your vehicle by following our regularly scheduled Preventive Maintenance Program including West Little Rock Oil Change. Failure to perform minimal required services of a $100 or more in any 24 month (2 yr) period will result in termination of the agreement.

A $20 administration fee will be applied every other visit for services. You may cancel at any time however, all discounts receive will be deducted from cancellation refund.
